Patricia J Pagán
Director, Manager, Owner, Actor, Voice Over Talent, Singer, Musician, Comedienne, Songwriter, Playwright, Speaker and Writer
Patricia wears many hats at Parables. She has been an entertainer (and ham) since she was 12 years old, growing up on Long Island, New York. Trained by a pack of frustrated actors posing as public school teachers and bit by the acting bug, she immediately set out to create a theatre troupe out of her six brothers and sisters.
When none of them seemed to be as smitten with the entertainment field as she, Patricia set out to create another troupe, namely her five children. A couple of them work on stage, the rest behind stage, but they all cut their teeth on scripts and scrims and put up with their mother's eccentric ways, choosing to label them "theatrical".
Patricia has directed theatre for close to 14 years, has been acting, singing and playing guitar for 38, and has written and produced hundreds of short plays, full length plays and songs. She is able to perform with many accents, and is an experienced speaker.
She has been happily married to her best friend, Rick, for 31 years. (read about some of her winning writing here)
Richard Pagán
Richard ended up in the Parables Players somewhat by default, (his marriage to Patricia). He is a college professor, teaching in the Aeronautical Sciences and Management and is working on his dissertation for his Doctoral Degree in Educational Administration. Retired from the Air Force, he loves to ride his bike (and we aren't talking Schwinn) and playing the Congas. (If he tells you he plays the mandolin, ask him what his definition of "plays" is.) When his schedule allows, he plays Inspector Boyce Tumen, mostly because Patricia likes how he looks in the costume!
Tracy Norman, Actress, Comedienne

was born and raised in Alexandria Louisiana, and was involved in
theatre in a large church of around 3000 people. She has been acting
